Job Summary: We are seeking an Import Assistant for the design, installation, maintenance, and administration of networks, supporting import management and coordination with suppliers. We handle the design, physical and logical installation, preventive and corrective maintenance, certification, and administration of local and external networks. We are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of **IMPORT ASSISTANT**. **Requirements**: * Graduate or final-year student in International Business, Foreign Trade, International Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in imports, international logistics, or foreign trade. * Knowledge of import processes and customs documentation. * Basic knowledge of customs regulations and international trade. * Proficiency in managing and tracking international shipments. * Intermediate-level proficiency in office software and digital document management. **Responsibilities**: * Track import processes until nationalization is completed. * Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities. * Monitor shipments and customs procedures. * Support administrative tasks within the department. * Assist in project planning and control. * Source and obtain quotations for materials and tools according to project requirements. * Review, validate, and control documentation; coordinate with field personnel and end clients. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Benefits**: * Compensation commensurate with experience. * Daytime working hours. * Positive work environment. **Requirements**: * Minimum education: Technical or University degree. * Minimum 1 year of experience. * Age: between 20 and 35 years old. * Residence in Ventanilla, Callao, or nearby areas. * Immediate availability to join.
