What Do We Require? * Partial high school education or completed secondary education. * Proficiency in computer use. * Recent, verifiable experience in door-to-door sales. What Do We Offer? * Base monthly salary of $13,230\.00 (deposited on the 10th and 25th). * Grocery vouchers worth $2,100\.00\. * Monthly bonus. * Transportation allowance ranging from $1,000\.00 to $3,000\.00\. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:30 hrs. * Weekend rest. * 12 days of vacation. * 30-day year-end bonus. * Savings fund and savings account. * 3 paid personal days per year (paid leave). * No work on your birthday. What Are Your Responsibilities? * Credit disbursement. * Delinquency recovery. * Credit follow-up. Work distribution: 80% fieldwork, 20% office work.
