




Position Summary: FH Peru seeks an Education Facilitator in Huancavelica to monitor workshops, participate in multisectoral meetings, co-develop community activities, apply educational curricula, and coordinate parent schools. Key Responsibilities: 1. Contribute to improving the quality of life in vulnerable communities 2. Monitor and support educational workshops and tutoring 3. We are currently seeking an Education Facilitator for our office in Huancavelica, who meets the following profile: What challenges do we have for you? * Monitor and accompany the implementation of workshops, trainings, and tutoring scheduled at educational institutions according to the Annual Operational Plan (POA), to ensure achievement of planned results. * Participate in multisectoral meetings promoted by local governments to carry out coordinated work and contribute to achieving results. * Co\-develop mass community activities (festivals, tournaments, full-day events, etc.) targeting children and adolescents (NNA), to ensure desired outcomes. * Apply educational curricula targeted at children and adolescents (NNA) for project implementation contextualized to the intervention area, to achieve project objectives. * Coordinate and accompany the implementation of parent schools focusing on violence reduction, to promote healthy relationships within educational communities. * Visit families in the community to ensure participation of enrolled children and adolescents (NNA) in scheduled activities. We would like you to meet the following requirements: * Technical or Bachelor's degree in Education, or Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Social Work, or other social sciences-related fields. * Minimum two years of experience as a field promoter or facilitator in development projects with populations in vulnerable communities. * Proficiency in spoken and written Quechua (mandatory) * Desirable experience implementing teaching methodologies with children, adolescents, and parents. * Knowledge of project implementation in coordination with local actors, community-based organizations, and municipal governments. **"At FH Peru, we promote the inclusion and labor integration of persons with disabilities in accordance with Law No. 29973"** Position Type: Full-time, Temporary Application Question(s): * Do you have experience working in coordination with other social actors? * In which district of Huancavelica do you reside? * Please indicate your salary expectations.
