We are currently seeking a Communications Specialist. Who are we looking for? A creative, proactive, and initiative-driven individual who enjoys developing innovative graphic content and texts for social media. Position Objective: Execute external communication actions on social media, and promote the organization’s activities, events, and projects. Requirements · Graduate or bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields. · Two years of experience in external communications. · Intermediate proficiency in digital tools (Office suite, social media platforms, graphic design, photo and video editing, email marketing). Main Responsibilities · Create and manage content for the organization’s social media channels. · Execute external communication campaigns to promote the organization’s projects, events, activities, and key topics. · Design graphic and audiovisual materials (flyers, short videos, press releases, quizzes, digital assets). · Conduct photographic and audiovisual documentation of internal events, activities, and campaigns. · Coordinate and distribute official announcements, institutional greetings, and key messages across various channels. · Manage social media scheduling and monitoring. · Collect and analyze participation, reach, and engagement metrics for communication initiatives. · Support visibility activities: campaigns and activations for environmental commemorative dates, training events, etc. What do we offer? · Location: San Isidro · Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. · Salary: S/ 2,500 · Employment Type: Full-time formal employment with all statutory benefits. · Others: Pleasant work environment, continuous learning opportunities, and potential for growth within an organization engaged in professional networks and international collaboration projects.
