Develop communication and persuasion skills **Service Promoter – Digital Application** A Service Promoter responsible for introducing, explaining, and encouraging the use of a mobile application or digital platform by directly engaging with potential users to drive downloads, registrations, and active usage. **Main Responsibilities** * Promote the application at strategic locations (streets, shopping malls, events, etc.). * Clearly explain the app’s features and benefits. * Assist users with downloading and installing the app. * Guide users through registration and initial steps within the platform. * Address basic inquiries and escalate complex queries. * Submit daily reports (interactions, conversions, incidents). * Maintain a proactive, customer-oriented attitude. **Education:** * Completed secondary education (technical or university studies in progress preferred). **Experience:** * Experience in sales, promotion, customer service, or fieldwork (preferred). * Experience with mobile applications or technology (valued). **Knowledge:** * Basic smartphone operation (Android/iOS). * Use of mobile applications and social media. * Fundamental sales or persuasion techniques. **Competencies** * Clear and persuasive communication * Interpersonal skills * Results orientation * Proactivity * Adaptability * Rejection tolerance Contact: creditos.cobranzas.abx@gmail.com or phone number 977704777 Salary: S/.10\.00 \- S/.12\.00 per hour Work Location: On-site employment
