




**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Interact, coordinate, and communicate with community members ensuring communications and approach are consistent across the organization and meet regulatory, company, and investor requirements. * Maintain good working relationships and communication with communities, affected populations, and other stakeholders. * Prepare daily activity reports. * Conduct public consultations, including workshops and hearings. * Conduct public consultations, including workshops and hearings related to social investment projects implemented by the company. * Support in the design, development, and monitoring of social investment programs and projects that make up the Company's social investment plan. * Monitor the proper field implementation of social investment programs and projects. Also monitor the achievement of output and outcome indicators of social programs and projects promoted by the Company. * Comply with and enforce the company's Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) policies and procedures, and actively participate in all relevant company programs during the performance of these duties. * Comply with directives, plans, procedures, guidelines, legal requirements, and other commitments adopted by the company regarding quality, work, health, safety, and environment (QHSE). * Actively participate in any required QHSE activities as part of assigned tasks, and generally in any other initiatives implemented by the company to improve QHSE performance. **POSITION REQUIREMENTS:** * University degree in social sciences, communications, anthropology, environmental studies, engineering, agronomy, business, law, or a related field. * Required studies related to social investment management, monitoring, and evaluation of social projects. * Proficiency in 4x4 manual transmission - License A1
