




**Who are we looking for?** We are seeking a **Teacher** to implement and ensure the quality of project intervention, guarantee its sustainability, and achieve established results. **A successful candidate will have the following…** * Bachelor's degree in Education or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience as a field promoter in social projects. * Educational regulations: Familiarity with national and international educational policies and regulations. * Experience in identifying and coordinating with public entities, UGELES, schools, and companies to establish strategic alliances. * Leadership, influence, communication, planning, organizational, and teamwork skills. **What you will do…** * Identify public, private entities and companies that promote the use of technological tools designed to provide target students with information related to vocational guidance. * Collaborate closely with the monitoring and evaluation team to ensure timely follow-up processes and progress of project activities. * Identify and coordinate with public, private entities and companies for project presentations aimed at securing partnerships that support the project and its outcomes. * Assist the PA Coordination in establishing agreements and strategic alliances with public and private entities, district municipalities, NGOs, and companies to develop joint strategies within the project framework.
