Customer service and incident resolution **Zonal Cleaning Supervisor** **Position Type:** Full-time, Contract-based **Position Summary** We are looking for a **Cleaning Supervisor** with a high sense of responsibility and leadership to manage and coordinate the daily operations of our operational staff. The primary objective is to ensure strict adherence to hygiene and quality standards across assigned sites, optimize resource utilization, and maintain a positive work environment. **Main Responsibilities** * **Team Leadership:** Supervise, train, and motivate operational staff (e.g., cleaning operatives, security personnel, etc.). * **Quality Control:** Conduct periodic inspections to ensure all areas comply with established cleaning protocols. * **Supply Management:** Monitor inventory levels of materials, place orders as needed, and ensure proper use of chemicals and equipment. * **Scheduling and Attendance:** Prepare shift rosters, monitor attendance, and immediately manage coverage for vacancies. * **Customer Service:** Serve as the direct liaison with on-site clients to resolve incidents or address special requests. **Requirements** * **Experience:** Minimum 1–2 years in similar supervisory roles within industrial, hospital, or office cleaning sectors. * **Education:** Completed secondary education (Technical studies in administration or related fields preferred). * **Skills:** Personnel management, conflict resolution, ability to perform under pressure, and assertive communication. * **Availability:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM \- 5:30 PM / Saturday, 8:00 AM \- 1:00 PM **Benefits** * Full payroll registration from day one, including all statutory benefits (bonuses, CTS, vacation, social insurance). * Market-competitive salary. * Timely payments. * Positive work environment.
