Record payment vouchers in accounts payable. Monitor settlement of miscellaneous purchases. Coordinate procurement with suppliers. Generate grouping of reservations. Generate various accounting reports. Requirements Completed technical or university studies in Administration. Minimum 6 months of experience as an accounting or administrative intern. More than 6 months of experience as an Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or performing similar functions. Accounting knowledge of purchase recording. Knowledge of reservation systems and payments to operators. Knowledge of XML files. Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of the tourism sector (optional).
