A leading commercial operator in the **mass-consumption** sector is currently seeking an **Accounting Assistant** who wishes to join our team and contribute to the execution of processes within the administrative and Human Resources areas. **What benefits do we offer?** * Full payroll registration (General Regime) * ESSALUD health insurance, Vidal Law insurance * Professional growth **Requirements:** * Technical or university graduate in Accounting and Finance, **with or without experience.** * Knowledge of accounting systems * Availability to work in the district of ***Rimac (near Acho bus stop)*** **Responsibilities:** * Record payment vouchers, income, and expenses in the company's accounting system. * Verify and organize accounting documentation such as invoices, receipts, payment slips, and credit notes. * Support bank reconciliation and review of financial transactions. * Perform filing and control of accounting and administrative documents. * Provide support in preparing requested accounting and financial reports. * Assist in monthly and annual accounting closing processes. * Other related duties assigned by immediate supervisor. **Technical Competencies:** * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (Mandatory) * Proficiency with digital tools, knowledge of accounting systems, banking entities, etc. * Ability to organize information and work with data. **Soft Skills and Competencies:** * Attention to detail. * Initiative. * Responsibility. * Strong communication skills. * Teamwork ability. * Autonomy.
