We are looking for an **Accounting Assistant** to join our team. Do you have accounting experience? This opportunity is for you! MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Administration and organization of emails and correspondence. * Supervision and control of payments, as well as tracking of outstanding invoices. * Accounting functions: recording of financial transactions and account reconciliation. Preparation of financial reports: income, expense, and balance reports. * Management of accounts payable and receivable: supplier payments, customer collections, invoicing, and billing accounts. * Operation of the accounting system for accounting management, invoicing, and financial reporting. * Support in export operational processes from intake through post-shipment. * Client advisory services regarding inquiries, complaints, and questions. REQUIREMENTS: \- Reside near Santiago de Surco \- Accounting student and/or graduate (Mandatory) \- Prior experience (Preferred) DETAILS: \- Salary: Competitive and market-aligned \- Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM \- 5:00 PM) and Saturday (9:00 AM \- 1:00 PM) Interested?
