




Position Summary: We are seeking an accounting assistant for an export service company and adventure tourism operator, responsible for issuing and recording receipts and managing accounting operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the issuance of receipts and export invoices. 2. Registers and manages guest data in the reservation system. 3. Performs verification and reconciliation of petty cash and payment of withholdings. An export service company and adventure tourism operator is seeking an accounting assistant residing in Urubamba. Workplace: Administrative Office in Urubamba MYPE Regime 1. Issuance of receipts (invoices, sales invoices, credit notes) 2. Sending invoices to agencies and to the reservation system. 3. Registration of guests in the reservation system. · Exporting daily services · Completing each guest’s data in the system · Printing 4. Issuance of export invoices, direct passengers, and agency invoices. 5. Verification and reconciliation of petty cash and filing documents for accounting purposes. 6. Payment of withholdings. 7. Review of the PDB auxiliary file, verifying correct completion with all passenger data. 8. Preparation of PDF file required for export Position Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500.00 per month
