Job Summary: We are seeking a Bilingual Control Center Operator to monitor electronic security platforms and execute protocols in response to incidents. Key Highlights: 1. Compliance with operational procedures and protocols **Location:** Cajamarca **Work Schedule:** 7x7 **Shifts:** Rotating 12-hour shifts (day and night) **Compensation:** S/2300 – S/2500 **At White Lion Technology, we are looking for a Bilingual Control Center Operator to join our team.** **Requirements** * Completed technical or university degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. * Prior experience in electronic security platform monitoring is desirable. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. * Advanced English language proficiency (**mandatory**). * Availability to work rotating 12-hour shifts under a 7x7 schedule\. * Must reside in Cajamarca. * No police, criminal, or judicial records. **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor electronic security platforms and execute established protocols in response to incidents, alerts, or unusual activities. * Monitor CCTV, intrusion detection systems, fire alarm systems, GPS, and other electronic security platforms. * Immediately report incidents, security events, and emergencies following internal procedures. * Record, communicate, and prepare reports and summaries of occurrences during the shift. * Adhere to operational procedures and protocols of the Security Control Center. **Competencies** * Responsibility and commitment. * Teamwork. * Effective communication. * Ability to work under pressure. * Proactivity and results orientation. * High sense of integrity and confidentiality.
