Job Summary: We are seeking CCTV Operators to monitor security cameras in real time, safeguard facility security, and report incidents. Key Responsibilities: 1. Real-time monitoring of security cameras. 2. Maintaining order and security of the facilities. 3. Immediate reporting of incidents. At Corporación Águilas del Sol S.A.C., we are looking for CCTV Operators in Lima responsible for real-time monitoring of security cameras. Maintaining order and security of the facilities from the control center. Using communication equipment and systems to contact supervisors, team leaders, and security agents. Reporting and alerting incidents immediately. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed secondary education; technical degree in systems. * Formal training as a CCTV Operator. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a CCTV Operator (preferred). * Availability to work 12-hour shifts. * Good physical and mental health, necessary to perform security duties effectively. * Age between 23 and 45 years. **Benefits:** * Full payroll registration with all statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, family allowance).
