(Telecommunications services experience preferred) Experience in sales, business prospecting, or customer service. Experience in B2B sales, mobile number portability, telecommunications, enterprise fiber optics, dedicated Internet, financial services, insurance, or digital solutions for enterprises will be valued. Basic Microsoft Excel skills for commercial recordkeeping and follow-up. Effective communication, commercial mindset, persuasion, goal orientation, and sales closing ability. Availability to work onsite Monday through Friday (Surquillo, near the Metropolitano). **Responsibilities** Contact SME customers via phone using a predictive dialer system. Promote number portability, fixed-line services, and new lines from the Claro Empresas portfolio.
