Ensure compliance with operational procedures and quality standards **We are looking for a Control Room Operator!** At **YANA Consulting**, on behalf of our client—a leading cement company—we are seeking a Control Room Operator for on-site work at the plant. (**Villa El Salvador**) What will be your mission? Operate and monitor distributed control systems, ensuring continuity of the production process, optimizing operations, and guaranteeing safety and quality standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Operate and monitor the plant's distributed control system. * Apply operating criteria that reduce equipment wear and maintenance costs. * Coordinate with the weighing and dispatch departments to ensure smooth dispatch of produced cement. * Lead and coordinate routine activities, operational changes, or emergencies with field technicians. * Verify compliance with safety conditions during all operational maneuvers. * Ensure adherence to operational procedures, quality standards, and environmental regulations. * Support preparation of daily reports. **Profile:** * Technical or university degree (Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Chemistry, or related fields) * Experience in industrial processes (experience in cement plants preferred) * Knowledge of process control and plant operation **Conditions:** * Work mode: On-site (Villa El Salvador) * Schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off (rotating shifts) * Direct payroll enrollment from day one If you are seeking to join a stable, reputable company offering job security and growth opportunities, this could be your next big step.
