Job Summary: Support the organization and planning of nautical services by coordinating with vessel supervisors and managing Club services. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of nautical services and operation registration. 2. Support in mooring management and vessel supervision. 3. Assistance in preparing monthly departure reports. **Main Responsibilities:** · Support the organization and planning of nautical services according to requests submitted by vessel supervisors. · Coordinate nautical services for Club vessels with vessel supervisors. · Coordinate launch services for embarkation and disembarkation. · Coordinate other vessel services provided by the Club at the dock. · Issue service receipts and manage signatures from vessel supervisors. · Register and coordinate hoisting, half-hoisting, and lowering services. · Register in the system and monitor the schedule of nautical operations services. · Ensure that services provided to vessels comply with usage and safety requirements stipulated in the Club’s Nautical Regulations and Peruvian regulations. · Coordinate, issue, and register departures carried out by vessels belonging to Club members. · Update Club vessel records for annual report generation. · Maintain historical mooring records. · Support control and supervision of the mooring area organization according to the Club’s Mooring Plan. · Support verification of proper positioning of moored vessels to prevent collisions. · Assist in preparing monthly departure reports for submission by the Head of Nautical Operations and General Manager to the Directorate General of Capitanías and Guardacostas (DICAPI). · Provide security and surveillance support as requested. .
