At Manpower Peru, we seek top talent to fill the position of **Geomechanical Technician** in the Mining sector — your opportunity for a better future is here! **REQUIREMENTS:** * Geomechanics Technician qualification (mandatory) * Minimum 2 years of experience related to the job functions * Mining support systems * Geomechanical mapping (GSI, RMR, Q) * Types and application of concrete for support * Ability to interpret geomechanical data and rock mass conditions * Handling of technical information for analysis and decision-making **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise compliance with geomechanical recommendations in mining operations * Collect rock mass data (structure, strength, fractures, RQD, RMR, Q, etc.) * Apply results in software to simulate excavations (2D and 3D models) * Assess conditions of old workings (legacy areas) and record their status * Verify support elements and maintain records of tests * Train operators on geotechnical risks and preventive measures * Train operators on geotechnical risks and preventive measures * Collect and analyze instrumentation data to detect instability At Manpower Peru, we promote inclusion and labor integration without discrimination based on disability, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, place of origin, or generation.
