We are looking for a *Field FTTH Installation Technician* for our team at a market-leading company. **Requirements:** * Completed technical education in Networks, Telecommunications, Electronics or related fields. * Experience in installation and maintenance of **FTTH** networks (aerial and/or pole-based). * Solid knowledge of **optical fiber**, splicing, termination, and measurements using **OTDR / Power meter**. * Experience in external and internal plant infrastructure, structured cabling, and data networks. * Basic knowledge of electricity and data centers. * Responsibility, proactivity, and ability to work under pressure. * Availability to work rotating shifts and undertake occasional travel (per diems provided). * **Desirable: Valid driver’s license (A\-I or higher)** **Responsibilities:** * Install and maintain field FTTH networks, including pole work and service drops. * Perform optical fiber splicing, termination, and certification. * Conduct testing and diagnostics using **OTDR** and measurement tools. * Install ONTs, routers, and network terminals. * Install telecom cabinets and equipment in data rooms. * Prepare technical reports, TSS, and field reports. * Provide support for implementation and configuration of telephony, radio, and CCTV systems when required. * Fulfill assigned work plans and established service timeframes. * Perform additional duties consistent with the position. * Additional tasks consistent with the position. **What we offer:** * Direct payroll employment with all statutory benefits. * Productivity and performance bonuses. * Provision of complete uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE). * Ongoing training in optical fiber, OTDR, and FTTH standards. * Career path and professional growth opportunities. * Per diems covered for off-site assignments. * A safe, dynamic, and learning-oriented work environment.
