To learn more about us and our culture, visit our website: https://www.lasbambas.com/es **WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU FACE?** Operate the Motor Grader (CAT 24M) in accordance with organizational guidelines and policies, ensuring achievement of targets set by the Mine Operations Management in Safety, Production, Productivity, Costs, and Workplace Climate. **HOW WILL YOU CREATE VALUE IN YOUR ROLE?** * Inspect the equipment before starting the shift to verify its operational readiness and functionality, complete the Check List form, and submit it to the supervisor at the end of the shift. * Operate the assigned equipment productively for haul road maintenance, following the specified design for road width, ditches, and superelevation. * Perform earthmoving tasks for construction, maintenance, and preservation of access routes and gravel roads. * Provide detailed reports on the motor grader’s condition, haul road conditions, and maintenance work carried out in assigned areas. * Monitor the operation of the equipment’s operating and safety systems. * Immediately report to the supervisor any incidents, unsafe acts, or substandard conditions observed in the environment during operations. * Analyze and coordinate with supervisors regarding slippery road conditions. * Report mechanical or electrical equipment issues to the Dispatcher. * Analyze and recommend improvements and/or changes to procedures and processes. **\#WELookForYourTalent** * Completed secondary education. * Technical qualification in Heavy Equipment Operation is desirable. * Three years of experience operating a CAT 24M motor grader or similar. * Valid A1 driver's license. * Knowledge of: + Basic operation of the equipment’s operating and safety systems. + Operation of equipment controls and levers. + Equipment characteristics, specifications, and components. + Ability to identify abnormal operating conditions of the equipment. **\#WeProduceCopperWeProduceTalent** **Advertised:** 10 Apr 2026 SA Pacific Standard Time **Applications close:** 09 May 2026 SA Pacific Standard Time
