At Stefanini, we are more than 30\.000 brilliant minds, connected from 41 countries, doing what they love and co\-creating a better future. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsibilities: **Job Description:** We are currently looking for a professional for the Mobile Management area, responsible for providing technical support for corporate mobile devices, ensuring their correct configuration, distribution, and maintenance. **Main Functions:** * Provide telephone and on-site support at the Mobile Management Help Desk, ensuring efficient user response. * Manage requests and incidents through the Helix tool, guaranteeing proper documentation and tracking. * Configure and distribute corporate mobile devices, as well as manage applications via Ivanti GO and the MDM platform. * Implement mobile security best practices, including data encryption, APN tunnel configuration, and access management. * Configure device connectivity, managing VPN, mobile networks, Wi\-Fi, and other related technical aspects. * Provide real-time technical support, resolving issues and assisting bank staff—with special attention to senior leadership. * Coordinate technical assistance for devices with the mobile operator and manage device dispatch via courier. * Participate in configuration and deployment projects for tools such as ICONO \- COPEX \- Ivanti GO. * Conduct testing on trial tablets to validate configurations prior to implementation. **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements: 6 months to 1 year of proven experience in technical support and customer service. Knowledge of mobile device management (iOS and Android) and MDM tools. Ability to resolve incidents and document tickets in management systems.
