An important Logistics Operator is looking for an Export Operations Assistant who meets the following requirements: * Completed technical or university studies. * Proven experience in air and maritime exports (essential). * Minimum 1 year of experience in foreign trade. * Knowledge of Incoterms, General Customs Law, and tax regulations. * Experience with MISLO, MIIO platforms and customs reporting. * Basic/intermediate level of MS Office. * High level of commitment, responsibility, and customer orientation. * Experience handling transmissions **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage and coordinate air and maritime exports comprehensively, ensuring efficient, secure service within established timeframes. * Perform SUNAT transmissions for export operations (maritime and air). * Direct containers, coordinate releases with shipping lines and airlines, and manage corresponding documentation. * Execute VB with shipping lines and ensure proper compliance with export dispatch requirements. * Carry out detailed tracking of FCL, LCL, and Air freight (EXPO/IMPO), providing timely status updates to customers. * Send arrival/departure notices and coordinate with agents involved in the logistics chain. * Enter orders into the SISPAC system and keep operational information up to date. * Provide operational support and effective solutions for export cargo incidents. * Maintain personalized customer service and promote customer loyalty. * Ensure operational adherence to compliance standards and current regulations. * Participate in monthly meetings with management to report cargo movements. **Position Conditions** * Work mode: On-site. * Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 6:00pm. * Availability to work in Bellavista. * REMYPE payroll.
