Corporate benefits **LOGISMINSA**, a company specialized in logistics-mining services, is currently seeking a **Scale Assistant** ✅ **Job Mission:** Record and control the weighing of units upon entry and exit, contributing to cargo traceability through correct application of established procedures, thereby ensuring reliable measurements for internal and external customers and appropriate valuation of services. **Requirements:** * 1 year of experience in this position. * Knowledge of scale documentation control. **Responsibilities:** * Record the weighing of units upon entry and exit (platform and encapsulated units). * Promptly notify supervision and management of receiving unit arrivals. * Maintain orderly control and filing of received, dispatched, and shipped waybills. * Accurately record operational information in respective systems, verifying consistency of issued data. * Verify the weight displayed on the scale’s screen, ensuring its correct capture in the established system. * Coordinate with AC and DT operations assistants regarding allocation of concentrate batches for dispatch or shipment according to the established schedule. * Issue weighing tickets and reports corresponding to receiving, re-weighing, and dispatch operations. * Manage unit appointment scheduling via the port terminal portal according to operational planning. **Work Schedule:** Availability to work rotating shifts Monday through Saturday: * \* 7:00 am – 4:00 pm * \* 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm * \* 10:00 pm – 7:00 am Availability to work overtime on Sundays and/or holidays **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration from day one, including all statutory benefits * Health insurance (EPS) at 50% * 100% covered meals * Commuting allowance: Ventanilla / Urb San Diego S.M.P. * Laundry service * Corporate benefits * Opportunity for growth * ***APPLY NOW AND JOIN THIS GREAT FAMILY!*** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,500.00 – S/.2,800.00 per month Application Questions: * Do you have availability to work rotating shifts and perform paid overtime on Sundays and/or holidays (as scheduled)? * Please indicate your district of residence. * Please specify how many years of experience you have as a scale assistant/operator. * Do you have immediate availability?
