Payroll Analyst** At **Grupo Alac**, we are looking for a **Payroll Analyst**: a detail-oriented professional with strong knowledge of Peruvian labor legislation and experience comprehensively managing payroll and personnel administration processes. **What will you do?** * Manage the hiring process, including drafting employment contracts, addendums, and other employment documentation. * Manage employee registration, modifications, and de-registration in the T\-Register. * Process the monthly payroll and social benefits. * Calculate CTS (Compensación por Tiempo de Servicios), bonuses, vacation pay, profit-sharing, and settlements of social benefits. * Prepare and submit labor and social security declarations (PLAME, AFP Net, among others). * Generate TXT files for payroll payments and labor obligations, coordinating execution with Treasury. * Administer payments related to AFP, ONP, EsSalud, EPS, Vida Ley, SCTR, and other labor obligations. * Maintain up-to-date personnel files and documentation. * Prepare reports and management indicators related to payroll and personnel administration. * Provide support and respond to employee inquiries regarding labor matters and payroll. **What are we looking for?** * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Accounting, Administration, Industrial Relations, or related fields. * Minimum of **3 years** of experience in similar positions. * Experience managing the full payroll and personnel administration cycle. * Solid knowledge of Peruvian labor legislation. * Proficiency in **PLAME, T\-Register, AFP Net**, and calculation of social benefits. * Advanced **Excel** skills. * Experience with payroll systems (BUK, SAP Business One, or similar). **Competencies** * High level of confidentiality. * Organization and planning. * Analytical thinking. * Attention to detail. * Results orientation. * Effective communication. * Teamwork. **We offer** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Excellent work environment. * Opportunity for professional growth and development. * The chance to be part of a leading company in the outdoor advertising sector.
