Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to provide direct support in production planning and management, cross-departmental coordination, and report preparation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Direct support in production planning 2. Management and tracking of manufacturing orders 3. Cross-departmental coordination for planning Industrias Jhomeron S.A. is a company with over 26 years in the Peruvian market, engaged in the marketing and manufacturing of paints, resins, adhesives, and chemical raw materials for industry. **Requirements:** * Graduate, Bachelor’s degree holder, or final-cycle student in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. * Prior experience in production, planning, or logistics is desirable. * Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis). * Knowledge of VBA macros is desirable (not mandatory). * Familiarity with SAP Business One is desirable (not mandatory). * Availability to work in Northern Lima (Comas). **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide direct support to the Production Planning Manager. * Manage and track manufacturing orders. * Coordinate across departments in response to unexpected changes in planning (Production, Warehousing, Logistics, Dispatch, Transportation, Sales, Laboratory). * Report events, incidents, and deviations from the production plan. * Prepare production reports and analyze performance against targets. * Support continuous improvement initiatives in production processes. * Coordinate with warehouses to ensure timely supply of raw materials, solvents, containers, and packaging materials. **Working Hours:** Mon-Fri: 8:00 am – 5:20 pm; Saturdays: 8:00 am – 1:05 pm Work Location: On-site employment
