We are seeking a **3D Structural Modeler.** **Requirements:** · Civil technician or engineer with a minimum of 7 years’ experience modeling concrete and steel buildings in REVIT across architecture, structural, and MEP disciplines. · Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (mandatory). · Experience with BIM methodology and environments. · Knowledge of software: Navisworks, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel. · Experience generating drawings and developing structural models for steel and concrete. · Experience modeling topographic survey points. · Ability to work autonomously under tight deadlines. · Responsible, committed, and quality-oriented individual. · Availability to work in Miraflores. **Responsibilities:** · Interpret Basic Engineering drawings and project scope to generate modeling according to the selected development software. · Establish structural axes and levels within a 3D model. · Perform connection and coding of parts and assemblies. · Develop reporting templates. · Report errors, clashes, or missing information in Basic Engineering drawings to the coordinator. · Prioritize material optimization. · Interpret drawings (plans, elevations, and details). · Develop visual proposals for clients. · Implement adjustments and improvements based on feedback. · Comply with internal company procedures. · Perform all tasks assigned by the Head of Engineering. ***Benefits:*** * Competitive market-based salary. * Positive work environment. * Opportunities for growth and development.
