Job Summary: We are seeking an A1 Driver and Soft Surface Cleaning Operator, responsible for following quality procedures, taking care of equipment, and maintaining it in good condition. Bonuses for good performance We are looking for a person WITH AN A1 DRIVER'S LICENSE to fill the position of A1 DRIVER AND SOFT SURFACE CLEANING OPERATOR (furniture, mattresses, chairs, etc.) Main Responsibilities: \- Carry out cleaning procedures according to the quality standards specified by the company \- Take care of and ensure proper use of equipment assigned to perform job functions \- Keep assigned equipment clean and in good working condition \- Start time is 7:00–7:15 am (Magdalena); we provide 2–3 services per day (each team consists of 2 people); adhering to this schedule, the usual end time is 6:30 pm \- Day off is Sunday \- Transportation is provided for travel to scheduled service locations; you will accompany an assistant \- Performance-based bonuses aligned with the company’s commercial objectives (monthly quota) \- A1 driver's license is mandatory \- Prior experience is desirable; if you lack experience, WE WILL TRAIN YOU HERE \- VALID CERTIJOVEN DOCUMENT IS MANDATORY (authenticity of this document will be verified) \- HR Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment Salary: S/.1,600\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
