




Job Summary: We are seeking an A2B DRIVER to coordinate and oversee vehicle maintenance, manage the fleet, monitor regulatory compliance, and optimize operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate and oversee preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance. 2. Manage the vehicle fleet and assign vehicles to technicians. 3. Monitor driving behavior and ensure compliance with regulations. We are looking for an **A2B DRIVER** with a valid A2B license for the district of Comas. **Requirements** * Reside in areas adjacent to **COMAS** * Available to start immediately * Hold a valid A2B driver's license * Have no traffic violation tickets * Minimum 1 year of relevant experience **Benefits** * Competitive market-based salary * Fixed bonus * Positive work environment **Responsibilities** * Coordinate and oversee preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance. * Manage the vehicle fleet, analyze quotations, and issue reports. * Assign available vehicles to installation technicians. * Conduct satellite monitoring, incident/accident control, and reporting for insurance policy application. * Consolidate national fuel consumption reports. * Diagnose equipment requiring repair. * Plan vehicle fleet maintenance. * Collect data across the entire fleet to perform optimization and efficiency tasks. * Detect incidents (e.g., mechanical failures, accidents, traffic jams) and provide real-time resolution tools. * Supervise vehicle conditions to anticipate maintenance sessions in advance. * Monitor drivers’ driving behavior and verify compliance with all applicable regulations—for example, driving hours or rest periods. * Control drivers’ driving hours and ensure tachograph records are accurately compiled and processed. * Supervise Hours of Service (HOS), Electronic Logging Devices (ELD), and other regulatory requirements to guarantee full compliance by all drivers. * Record fuel consumption per vehicle to identify inefficient usage patterns and implement corrective actions. * Detect unexpected fuel consumption variations, which may indicate mechanical issues or inappropriate behaviors such as fuel theft. * Provide detailed reports on various fleet management aspects—for example, vehicle performance, driver behavior, fuel consumption, and operational costs. * Apply advanced analytics techniques to forecast future issues and improvement opportunities, thereby facilitating proactive decision-making. * Register and monitor route sheets and other institutional vehicle control records. * Organize and provide transportation services for institutional staff required to carry out their job duties.
