Statutory benefits from day one JOB POSTING: TRAILER DRIVER (A3C) \- FLATBED TRAILER We are looking for professional drivers to join our operations. Below are the job profile and conditions. JOB REQUIREMENTS: License Category: Valid A3C driver's license (Mandatory). Experience: Operation of heavy-duty cargo units with flatbed trailers. Availability: Willingness to work under a 26-days-on/4-days-off schedule. COMPENSATION: Base Salary: S/ 3,000 per month. Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses (based on individual performance and targets). Payroll Registration: Formal payroll registration with all statutory benefits effective from day one. SAFETY AND SOCIAL SECURITY: Life Insurance (Statutory): Coverage effective from the first day of employment. SCTR: Complementary Occupational Risk Insurance (Health and Pension), active across all operations. PER DIEMS AND TRANSPORTATION: Per Diem Allowance: S/ 40.00 per day (covered by the company).
