We are currently seeking an **Administrative / Sales / Customer Service Assistant** who wishes to join a team committed to service, organization, and excellence in public service.

**REQUIREMENTS:**
**Education:** Technical or university studies (graduated, completing final cycles, or incomplete) in **Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, Technical Accounting, or related fields**.
**Residence:** Must reside in Comas or nearby areas (Independencia, Los Olivos, Carabayllo, or other adjacent districts).
**Experience:** Proven experience in counter sales, customer service, and collections. **(Mandatory)**
**Digital Tools:**
* Proficient use of **WhatsApp Business** and digital messaging channels for commercial and customer service. **(Mandatory)**
* Proficient use of Microsoft Office at the user level. **(Mandatory)**
**Specific Knowledge:** Knowledge and handling of Kardex and administrative record control.
**Soft Skills: (Mandatory)**
* Strong communication skills, verbal fluency, and customer orientation.
* Charismatic, empathetic profile with excellent public interaction skills.
* Organized, responsible, and highly committed to maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area.
* Ability to work collaboratively, under pressure, and in accordance with institutional guidelines.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* In-person, telephone, and **agile digital messaging management (WhatsApp Business)** with patients and families.
* Provide detailed information and guidance on the center’s specialized services.
* Manage sales, continuously follow up on inquiries, and foster user loyalty via chat and phone calls.
* Register, update, and administratively control client documents and files.
* Schedule, reschedule, and monitor patient appointment calendars.
* Manage collections, perform daily cash reconciliation, and issue corresponding payment receipts.
* Control, update, and report on the institutional Kardex.
* Maintain order, cleanliness, and organization of the work area and common center spaces.
* Other related duties assigned by management.
**WORK SCHEDULE:**
* **Monday to Friday:** 8:20 a.m. to 6:40 p.m.
* **Lunch break Monday to Friday:** 1:00 to 2:00 p.m.
* **Saturdays:** 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
