Technical documentation management and operational coordination At Recreativos Fargo S.A.C., we are looking for an **Architect** for the real estate sector. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles (preferred). * Knowledge of drafting, spatial design, and basic safety regulations (INDECI). * Proficiency in design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp or similar). * Availability to conduct site visits. * Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and coordination ability. **Key Skills** * Creativity, planning, responsibility, attention to detail, aesthetic judgment, and management capability. **Responsibilities** * Support architectural design and space reconfiguration, including equipment placement and workspace layout. * Coordinate and evaluate design proposals from external suppliers (decorators/specialists). * Conduct on-site supervision visits to ongoing construction projects and verify progress. * Prepare and update architectural drawings according to internal requirements and regulations (INDECI). * Manage and organize technical documentation required for inspections. * Coordinate with various operational departments for infrastructure improvement implementation. **Considerations** * Monday to Saturday.
