Job Summary: We are seeking a Bachelor's or Licensed Architect with experience in architectural projects, electrical and sanitary installations for construction project development and management. Handling of municipal technical files A company dedicated to construction project development and management is looking for a Bachelor's or Licensed Architect for on-site work in San Juan de Lurigancho, Lima Este. Requirements: \- Minimum 1 year of experience in architectural projects. \- Experience in electrical and sanitary installations. \- Proficiency in handling municipal technical files: permits, ITSE, construction compliance certificates, etc. \- Experience in quantity surveying and quotations. \- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Responsibilities: \- Architectural project development and management. \- Preparation of municipal technical files. \- Development and coordination of architectural, electrical, and sanitary installation drawings. \- Preparation of quantity surveys and quotations. \- Support in municipal documentation procedures and administrative management.
