




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support in administrative and management operations, ensuring proper document control, customer service, and internal process tracking. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who will support the company's administrative and management operations, ensuring accurate document control, customer service, and internal process tracking. **Main Responsibilities:** * Issuance and control of invoices, receipts, and administrative documentation. * Recording and control of cash balances and basic financial transactions. * Management and follow-up of client collections. * Preparation, organization, and archiving of physical and digital documentation. * Attendance tracking for staff and internal administrative support. * Monitoring and follow-up of corporate emails. * Coordination and communication with clients regarding administrative and collection matters. * Assistance in preparing reports and control dashboards. * Maintenance and updating of administrative databases and records. **Requirements:** * Knowledge of administrative and documentation processes. * Experience in invoicing, collections, and cash control. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. * Strong communication skills and client-facing experience. * Organizational ability, responsibility, and task follow-up capability.
