Requirements * Technical or university graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields * Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM * Minimum of 01 year of experience in similar positions and/or performing logistics operations tasks * Immediate availability to start work * Residency in areas near Punta Hermosa or Lurin Responsibilities: * Process inbound and outbound information in applicable systems (internal, client, and/or SUNAT) * Manage daily and monthly documentation * Provide support in order tracking * Upload information to the B2B portal during high-demand events * Coordinate with respective departments for invoice and waybill issuance * Coordinate with the client’s accounting department to execute monthly billing closures, as well as credit line validation and extensions * Coordinate with the Operations Assistant to secure necessary resources to meet client requirements * Record returns for issuance of Credit Notes (N/C) * Address customer order inquiries * Respond to tickets and inquiries regarding order distribution and delivery * Review import documentation for customs clearance and cargo transfer to BPA warehouse * Comply with Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, and Environmental standards; Social Responsibility SGCS BASC standards for prevention of illicit acts; and Good Storage Practices, as well as other standards established by the company * Report suspicious activities to immediate supervisor / BASC Committee * Other duties related to the position and/or assigned by the immediate supervisor What We Offer: * Salary above market rate * Formal payroll from day one * Bonus payments (Gratification, CTS) * Profit-sharing * Timely payments * Birthday bonus * Commuting allowance or attendance-based mobility bonus * Family allowance * Opportunity for growth and development * Ongoing training * Positive work environment Our company does not discriminate against any individual based on religion, race, gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, or other factors.
