Preparation of work protocols and coordination procedures to ensure quality. **PROJECT ENGINEERING AND SERVICES ASSISTANT** A company specializing in Fire Protection Systems Engineering and Projects, Fire & Gas Systems, Mechanical Ventilation, and Environmental Control is seeking a **PROJECT ENGINEERING ASSISTANT** in Surco**.** **Requirements:** Ø Graduate of Industrial or Electronic Engineering. Ø Minimum 6 months’ experience managing industrial projects, quantities take-off, and budgeting. Ø PMI certification (completed courses). Ø Intermediate-level Office software proficiency. Ø Strong communication, leadership, planning, and negotiation skills. Ø Availability to work in Surco (near Ricardo Palma University) Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, and Saturdays, 8:00 AM–11:00 AM. **Responsibilities:** Ø Assist in project coordination and execution by providing administrative and technical support. Ø Assist in researching and gathering necessary information (technical, operational, financial, legal, market-related, etc.) for project design, as well as preparing supporting documentation. Ø Support development of applicable documentation, including service development forms, procedures, contingency procedures, manuals, among others. Ø Draft progress drawings and administrative control plans for projects. Ø Monitor and allocate material usage based on project work plan requirements. Ø Maintain document control for proposal and public/private sector tender preparation. Ø Support development of work protocols and coordinate with responsible personnel to ensure work meets required quality standards. **Benefits:** Ø Career development path.
