Job Summary: We are seeking an organized, responsible, and analytical Operations Assistant to support truck fleet control and monitoring, ensuring operational efficiency and traceability. Key Highlights: 1. Support the Operations Coordinator in fleet control and monitoring. 2. Ensure efficiency and traceability of daily operations. 3. Propose improvements to optimize operational processes. We are looking for an Operations Assistant to support the Operations Coordinator by assisting with truck fleet control and monitoring through reporting. We seek an organized, responsible individual with strong analytical skills who can ensure the efficiency and traceability of our daily operations. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Monitor GPS tracking via reports for assigned units. \- Submit requests for unit inspections. \- Prepare speed and driver incident reports. \- Manage truck maintenance (preventive or corrective). \- Handle data consolidation and KPIs (mileage, freight, tonnage, number of trips, etc.). \- Propose improvements to optimize processes within the department or operational management. \- Ensure order and traceability of operational documentation. \- Perform other duties as assigned by the department head or management. **Requirements:** \- Technical or university degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics Administration, or related fields. \- Intermediate or advanced Excel knowledge (pivot tables, reporting, VLOOKUP formulas, filters, data consolidation). \- Experience in operational control, inventory management, Kardex, or logistics reporting. \- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. \- Residency in areas adjacent to El Agustino, Ate, or Santa Anita (we are located near the Vía Evitamiento). \- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. \- Willingness to travel to northern and southern locations as required, with transportation provided. **Personal Competencies:** \- Organization and attention to detail. \- Responsibility and commitment to data accuracy. \- Analytical ability and teamwork. \- Proactivity and effective communication. **We Offer:** \- Full payroll registration with all statutory benefits. \- Pleasant work environment. \- Opportunities for growth and advancement, both in role responsibilities and compensation.
