Assist in the proposal, design, development, and analysis of projects that generate value for the company, collaborating in the evaluation of impact, feasibility, budget, necessary resources, drawings (CAD – 2D and 3D), schedules, and objectives. Collaborate in the supervision of project planning and execution, verifying compliance with company policies and processes to ensure proper project development. Prepare, organize, and archive documents, reports, and databases, both physically and digitally. Carry out asset control for all approved projects. Actively support the management and monitoring of effectiveness measures for process improvements and infrastructure configurations. Requirements Reside in Huacho or surrounding areas. Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering. Minimum 2 years of experience in civil or metal-mechanical project management and follow-up. Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and 3D and MS Project (essential). Knowledge of Power BI.
