If you have an innovative mindset and love using the latest editing tools, this is the place for you! **Requirements:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Knowledge of SAP, BASC, and ISO standards * Knowledge of administrative management * Minimum 1 year of experience in related positions **What challenges will I face?** * Develop transportation schedules and programs according to requirements, in coordination with relevant departments. * Coordinate and inform drivers about trip schedules. * Continuously monitor vehicles and personnel en route (via phone and GPS). * Maintain ongoing communication with clients and coordinate with them regarding service execution. * Process billing settlements for services rendered, reviewing and validating all required supporting documents (service sheets, waybills, etc.). * Request travel allowances for drivers from the accounting department. * Record and settle expenses from invoices submitted by drivers. * Submit vehicle maintenance schedules. * Record fuel consumption per driver and verify compliance with established consumption targets. * Manage, at the national level and before SUNAT or customs authorities of the Republic of Peru as applicable, all permits and documentation required for drivers and vehicles to access various warehouses and ports. * Comply with standard norms and controls under the BASC policy. * Process access passes for vehicles and drivers to major national ports and customs warehouses. * Periodically review potential traffic violations (tickets) for all units (tractor/trailer) with SAT Lima and Callao Municipality, and promptly report them for corresponding deductions. * Upon driver termination, confirm whether any pending matters require resolution (port permits and/or others). * Deliver and verify compliance with BASC transportation security system forms and occupational health and safety forms. * Prepare and submit reports and/or performance indicators for the transportation and distribution process to management. **Benefits:** * Excellent work environment and job stability. * Immediate payroll enrollment. * Continuous career growth and clear career path.
