




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive individual with initiative and leadership skills to coordinate courier services, manage customers and incidents, and issue documentation. We require a self-motivated individual capable of leading across all functions. \- Customer support and response via WhatsApp and phone calls. \- Coordinate and assign confirmed services to motorcycle couriers. \- Track deliveries and confirm completion with customers. \- Manage incidents (delays, incorrect addresses, complaints). \- Issue receipts and/or invoices upon request. \- Other duties as assigned. Work arrangement: Hybrid mode Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM; Saturday, 9 AM to 1 PM Salary: S/.1,200\.00 \- S/.1,300\.00 per month Work location: Hybrid, Ate, Lima
