Job Summary: VERMI SAC - Verde Puro is seeking a driver to distribute products in Metropolitan Lima, coordinate loads, and comply with established protocols. Key Highlights: 1. Product distribution in Metropolitan Lima according to the route sheet. 2. Coordination of loading and unloading, verifying documentation. 3. Maintenance of documents and compliance with area protocols. **VERMI SAC \- Verde Puro** Verde Puro is a company located in the district of Pachacamac with 34 years of experience in the industry, employing over 100 staff members. It specializes primarily in the production, industrialization, and commercialization of high-quality vegetables to well-known supermarkets and restaurants across Peru. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Preferably reside in the districts of Pachacamac, Lurín, or nearby areas for better punctuality at the company’s location in Pachacamac. * Valid Class A1 driver’s license and proficient handling of refrigerated vans. * Prior delivery experience and familiarity with Lima (not mandatory). * Availability to work from 5:00 AM to 1:45 PM. * Willingness to work overtime as needed until distribution is completed, with overtime pay in accordance with applicable law. * Willingness to assist the driver’s assistant when required. * Responsible, punctual individuals with sound judgment while driving. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Distribute products in Metropolitan Lima according to the assigned route sheet. * Coordinate loading and unloading of finished products and verify associated documentation for transportation. * Maintain up-to-date documents and records specific to the work area. * Promptly comply with and report returns and/or rejections to the Quality Department before unloading. * Comply with protocols established by departments responsible for the position (Distribution, Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, Human Resources, and/or as determined by General Management). * Other duties to be detailed during the in-person interview. **MAIN BENEFITS:** * Meals provided during overtime hours. * Formal payroll registration from day one. * Job stability. * Market-competitive salary. * Mobility bonus. * Overtime pay. * Full statutory benefits under the General Regime. * Full gratification payment. * CTS (Compensatory Time Off) payment. * Mandatory Life Insurance. * Private Health Insurance (SCTR). * EsSalud. * Etc.
