Be part of a growing company and take on large-scale challenges. **Site Resident Engineer** On behalf of our client, we are looking for a **Civil Engineer** to lead high-impact construction sector projects. If you are passionate about managing large-scale construction projects, optimizing resources, and delivering high-quality results, this opportunity is for you. **What Are We Looking For?** * A licensed, registered, and authorized professional in Civil Engineering or Architecture. * Availability to work in Tarapoto - Loreto (3- to 4-month project). * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Resident Engineer in construction and/or retail projects (5 years preferred). * Specialization in Project Management, Lean Construction, and Occupational Safety and Health. * Intermediate-level proficiency with tools such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, SketchUp, and Office. **What Will Be Your Mission?** Lead the execution of major account projects, framework contracts, or budgeted works, ensuring compliance with timelines, quality standards, safety, and environmental requirements. Your focus will be on maximizing project profitability and guaranteeing customer satisfaction with every delivery. **What Will You Do Daily?** * Direct and supervise construction execution, coordinating internal teams and subcontractors according to technical and regulatory standards. * Ensure adherence to schedules, material quality, and proper execution of works. * Manage the project budget, optimizing resources and controlling costs. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health regulations in coordination with SSOMA. * Prepare progress reports, valuations, and technical construction documentation. * Coordinate with key departments such as Human Resources, SSOMA, and After-Sales to ensure smooth project execution. * Manage technical and administrative documentation (e.g., quality dossier, drawings, site notebook, etc.). * Lead project closeout, including final settlement and internal sign-off. **If you want to join a growing company, take on large-scale challenges, and leave your mark on every project, we are looking for you!** Salary: S/.3,500.00 - S/.4,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
