Opportunity for growth within an expanding company **VERMI SAC \- Verde Puro** A company comprising over 120 employees, located in the district of Pachacamac, relatively close to the main square. We specialize in the production, industrialization, and commercialization of high-quality vegetables supplied to well-known supermarkets and restaurants across Peru. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Preferably reside in the district of Pachacamac, Lurín, or nearby areas to ensure punctuality at our Pachacamac-based facility. * Valid Class A2B driver's license and proven experience operating refrigerated vans. * Prior delivery experience and familiarity with Lima (preferred but not mandatory). * Availability to work from 5:00 AM to 1:45 PM. * Full availability to work overtime as needed until distribution is completed; overtime pay complies with applicable labor law. * Willingness to assist the driver’s helper when required. * Responsible, punctual individuals with sound driving judgment. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Distribute goods across Metropolitan Lima according to the assigned route and designated van. * Coordinate loading and unloading of finished products and verify associated transport documentation. * Maintain up-to-date records and documentation specific to the role. * Promptly report returns and/or rejections to the Quality Department before unloading. * Comply with protocols established by relevant departments (Distribution, Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, Human Resources, or as directed by General Management). * Additional responsibilities to be detailed during the in-person interview. **KEY BENEFITS:** * Formal payroll registration from day one. * Job stability. * Market-competitive salary. * Mobility bonus. * Overtime pay. * Full statutory benefits under the General Labor Regime. * Full gratification payment. * CTS (Compensatory Time Savings) payment. * Statutory Life Insurance. * Private Health Insurance (SCTR). * EsSalud. * Etc.
