Job Summary: We are seeking a kitchen assistant to prepare food, including hamburgers and chicken wings, while maintaining cleanliness in the work area. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation and handling of various orders 2. Maintaining cleanliness and order in the work area 3. Preparing sauces and portioning chicken * Preparation and handling of orders (hamburgers, chicken wings, sausage and french fries, chorizo and french fries, among others). * Preparation of sauces and creams. * Preparation and portioning of chicken. * Keeping the work area clean and organized. * Cleaning fryers. Night shift: * Monday: 7:30 pm – 11:00 pm * Tuesday: 8:00 pm – 11:00 pm * Wednesday: 7:30 pm – 11:00 pm * Thursday: 8:00 pm – 11:00 pm * Friday: 7:30 pm – 12:00 am * Saturday: 7:30 pm – 12:00 am We are a MICROENTERPRISE Position type: Part-time, Internship Contract duration: 3 months Salary: Starting from S/.565\.00 per month Expected working hours: No more than 24 hours per week Work location: On-site employment Application deadline: 28/02/2026 Expected start date: 24/02/2026
