Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to supervise inventories, monitor merchandise operations, control store finances, and manage commercial reporting—ensuring achievement of targets and service standards. Key Highlights: 1. Inventory management and control, including Kardex and product flow. 2. Monitoring of merchandise receipt and transfers. 3. Daily cash reconciliation audits and sales team follow-up. **Main Functions and Responsibilities** * **Inventory Management and Control:** * Supervise and audit periodic physical inventories in stores and warehouses. * Oversee accurate recording of the **Kardex** (receipts, issues, and balances). * Continuously track product flow (turnover, stockouts, slow-moving items, and shrinkage). * **Merchandise Operations and Movement:** * Monitor and validate receipt of **merchandise shipments** from central warehouse or suppliers. * Authorize, audit, and track **inter-store merchandise transfers**. * **Store Financial Control:** * Audit and validate **daily cash reconciliations** (cash, POS, bank transfers, and digital wallets). * Identify and resolve any discrepancies, shortages, or inconsistencies in cash handling. * **Commercial Tracking and Reporting:** * Prepare and present **daily and weekly sales reports** to management. * Provide direct oversight to the in-store sales team to ensure achievement of commercial targets. * Ensure proper product organization, display, and adherence to customer service standards at each point of sale. **Candidate Requirements** * **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years in similar roles (Store Supervisor, Operations Manager, or Store Auditor), preferably in footwear, leather goods, fashion, or retail sectors within high-traffic commercial areas (Lima City Center, Gamarra, or shopping malls). * **Technical Knowledge:** * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in sales systems (POS) and inventory ERP systems. * Rigorous control of Kardex and cash reconciliations. * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, sales and stock reports). * **Skills:** Leadership, strong analytical ability, attention to detail, proven integrity, and resilience under pressure. **What We Offer / Benefits** * **Full formal payroll from day one**, including all statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, paid vacations, ESSALUD, and family allowance where applicable). * Market-competitive salary \+ bonuses or commissions tied to sales target achievement. * Opportunities for development and growth within an expanding company.
