Continuous training in digital marketing At **Insumaster S.A.C.**, a company dedicated to the distribution of chemical supplies and raw materials for the paint and construction industries, we are looking for a **Community Manager** to strengthen our digital presence and generate engaging content for our social media platforms. Main Responsibilities * Manage the company's social media accounts: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms. * Create and publish content according to the content calendar. * Design graphic assets, reels, videos, and stories. * Record and edit social media content. * Identify trends and propose new content ideas. * Coordinate advertising campaigns and digital promotions. * Analyze metrics and prepare performance reports. * Support the creation of content for products and commercial campaigns. * Coordinate with the sales department to communicate promotions and updates. Requirements * Minimum of **1 year** of experience as a Community Manager or in similar roles. * Proficiency in Facebook and Instagram. * Knowledge of TikTok and audiovisual content creation. * Familiarity with design tools such as **Canva**. * Basic video editing knowledge. * Strong writing and spelling skills. * Creativity and ability to generate content. * Proactivity and organizational skills. * Experience with Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads is desirable.
