Job Summary: We are seeking proactive and responsible personnel for concierge and reception duties, responsible for security, visitor assistance, and controlling entry/exit at the facility. Career development path and training programs. **CONCIERGE AND RECEPTION STAFF** A company specialized in its field is seeking top talent to fill the position of **"CONCIERGE \- RECEPTION"** **Requirements:** \- Friendly, proactive, punctual, helpful, responsible, and honest individual. \- Minimum education: Completed secondary school (must provide academic certificates). \- Age: 18 years or older. \- Minimum 8 months of experience in security, surveillance, concierge services, reception, civilian security, or related fields; or completion of military training. \- Residence in areas adjacent to the districts of Pueblo Libre, San Miguel, Magdalena, Jesús María, Breña, or Callao (preferred but not mandatory). \- Availability to work. \- Clean police and criminal records. **Responsibilities:** \- Identify and report incidents, anomalies, and/or emergencies occurring at the facility. \- Monitor and verify security camera feeds. \- Receive and verify visitors, delivery personnel, and others; announce their arrival. \- Receive and safeguard various products and/or documents. \- Control entry and exit of people and vehicles in accordance with security protocols. \- Ensure the safety of the facility. \- Interact courteously with individuals and respond promptly to their needs. \- Properly wear and maintain clean work uniforms. \- Comply with and enforce facility regulations. \- Maintain constant communication with coworkers and supervisors. \- Perform other duties inherent to the area as directed by the immediate supervisor. **Benefits:** \- Enrollment in payroll with all statutory benefits (MYPE). \- Working hours from Monday to Sunday, with one day off per week. \- Timely salary payments. \- SIS health insurance. \- Statutory life insurance. \- Career development path and training programs. \- Excellent work climate and environment.
