Training for job onboarding A leading company in the transportation sector in Spain is currently seeking **Bus Drivers** with experience and willingness to develop their professional careers abroad. **Location:** Spain **Position:** Bus Driver **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term Compensation * During induction and the CAP course (2 weeks): **€1,300 gross per month**. * Once driving independently: **€1,900 gross per month**, plus a **€150 attendance bonus**, totaling **€2,050 gross per month**. * Includes **3 annual bonuses** (March, June, and December). Working Hours * 12-hour daily shifts (9 hours of actual driving). * Availability to work from Wednesday to Sunday. * Days off on Monday and Tuesday. Accommodation The company provides support in finding accommodation. The rental cost (between **€300 and €400 per month**) will be deducted from the salary until the employee decides to move into independent housing. Benefits * Indefinite-term employment contract. * Advance payment for airfare. * Financing for the CAP course tuition. * Guidance throughout the documentation process (visa and other procedures). * Training for job onboarding. * Costs related to airfare, the CAP course, and documentation assistance will be deducted in installments during the first year of employment. * Support from Talento Grupo Internacional throughout the process, including guidance for family reunification.
