Minimum 6 months of experience in this role. Immediate availability to work in San Isidro (Lima). Schedule: 1 shift \*Daytime, Monday to Saturday, 07:00\-19:00\. (Overtime pay as per law) Basic knowledge of meters, elevator operation, fire extinguishers, etc. Valid police and judicial background certificate. Responsible, punctual, honest, and proactive individuals with teamwork orientation and conflict-resolution capability. **Responsibilities:** Security and access control for the building. Reporting proper or improper functioning of building equipment. Receiving correspondence and packages. Registering visitors and announcing their arrival. Managing visitor parking. Performing and supervising cleaning services, ensuring the building remains clean and orderly. Answering resident inquiries or referring them to management. Recording relevant incidents in the incident logbook. Receiving bills and invoices for delivery to management. Leading evacuation procedures and assisting others during emergencies. Safeguarding keys to facilitate entry and exit to required areas. 1 2\.
