Job Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Engineer/Data Analyst with experience in predictive modeling and data visualization to improve processes. Key Highlights: 1. At Recreativos Fargo S.A.C, we are looking for an **Industrial Engineer / Data Analyst** **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering. * Specialization in data analysis or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles. * Advanced knowledge of data analysis software (Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.). * Ability to develop predictive models, regression analysis, time series analysis, and others. * Advanced proficiency in Excel. * Teamwork, effective communication, and clear presentation of results to various departments. **Responsibilities:** * Collect, process, and analyze data from diverse sources. * Develop statistical and predictive models to identify trends and patterns that support decision-making. * Use analytical tools such as Power BI and others to visualize data and present results clearly and concisely. * Identify areas for process improvement and propose data-driven solutions. * Develop and automate periodic reports for senior management and other company departments. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in establishing metrics for continuous improvement. * Ensure analyses and solutions comply with company regulations. * Maintain data integrity and confidentiality. **Additional Considerations** * Immediate availability. * Working hours: Monday to Saturday. Mon–Fri 8:30 am – 6:00 pm, Saturdays 8:30 am – 12:45 pm. * Location: Pueblo Libre. * Benefits according to Peruvian labor law. \*Suitable for persons with disabilities.
