Job Summary: We are seeking an Interior Decorator to design, implement, and supervise space decoration, ensuring aesthetic appeal and functionality aligned with the corporate image. Key Highlights: 1. Design, implementation, and supervision of decoration across various sectors. 2. Management of decoration projects, budgeting, and coordination of construction works. 3. Evaluation of decoration improvements and control of costs and timelines. At Alpamayo Inversiones S.A.C., we are looking for an **Interior Decorator** for the Real Estate / Slot Machines / Hotels / Restaurants sectors. **Objective** * Design, implement, and supervise space decoration, ensuring proper execution that is aesthetic, functional, and aligned with the company’s brand image. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields**. * Experience in decoration, space implementation, or construction supervision. * Proficiency in design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, or others). * Knowledge of materials, finishes, and design trends. * Experience working with suppliers and budgets. **Responsibilities** * Design decoration proposals for new projects and operational spaces. * Prepare budgets and plan project execution. * Supervise implementation work, finishing touches, and assembly. * Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for construction execution. * Evaluate and propose improvements to space decoration. * Control costs, materials, and execution timelines. * Conduct site visits for project monitoring and control. * Prepare progress reports and summaries. **Additional Information** * Monday to Saturday. Mon–Fri 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturdays 8:30 AM – 12:45 PM. * Pueblo Libre office location (100% on-site). * Benefits as per Peruvian labor law. \*Suitable for persons with disabilities.
